2. Information Collection & Usage

We design our applications to collect the minimum data required to deliver core functionality:

• Audio Samples for Voice Cloning: Short user-provided voice recordings (3 to 10 seconds) are processed solely to compute acoustic vocal parameters (fundamental frequency, pitch contour, formant structure). These samples are never sold or added to public datasets.
• Text-to-Speech Prompts: Text entered by users is processed in real time to generate synthesis audio output.
• Photo / Facial Data (Video Generation Feature): Used strictly on-device or in temporary memory to synchronize lip movements with synthesized audio. We do not store biometric facial identifiers.
• Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized crash logs and device models used to optimize performance on Apple Silicon.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Temporary audio processing buffers are automatically cleared immediately following voice generation. Any locally saved cloned presets remain stored inside the user's private application sandbox on their iOS device. Users can delete any voice profile or recording at any time within the app settings.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled directly through Apple's StoreKit framework. The AI Daybreak does not access, process, or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details.

5. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

Backend inference operations are conducted over encrypted HTTPS connections using industry-standard enterprise cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted securely and is never shared with third-party advertisers.
