1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using applications developed by Django Lito under The AI Daybreak, including AI Voice Changer & Clone and Labs AI Voice Text to Speech, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Permitted Use & Voice Cloning Consent

You agree to use the audio synthesis and voice modification features responsibly:

• Affirmative Consent: You must have appropriate permission or legal rights from any person before cloning their voice or creating synthetic voiceovers with their identifiable vocal characteristics.
• Prohibition of Impersonation: You may not use synthesized audio to deceptively impersonate government officials, banking institutions, or other individuals for fraudulent purposes.
• Ethical Content: You will not use the service to generate hate speech, harassment, defamation, or non-consensual deepfakes.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Billing (Apple StoreKit)

Applications provide optional subscription tiers managed exclusively through Apple StoreKit:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off in your iOS Settings at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period.
• Cancellation and refund requests are administered directly by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your original text scripts and source audio snippets. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted commercial use rights to the exported audio files generated using paid subscription tiers.
